HOW TO SET YOUR GPS RECORDER

The Tracking Derby is compatible with GPS Files, with one position per second. GPS recorders with barometric capsule could cause weird vertical speed graphs ! We recommand to turn barometric capsule off.

• Log your GPS to satellites before exit
• Keep your GPS recorder orientated to satellites while flying.
• Want to save memory? Put Recording On right before jumping.
• Turn off your GPS after each landing, not before touching the ground !

Foretrex users : Turn your GPS on Step 1: Push four times on "PAGE" button Step 2: Select "TRACKS" Step 3: Select "SETUP TRACK" Step 4: Put "RECORDING ON" Step 4: Put "RECORD INTERVAL" to "TIME" Step 6: Put "VALUE" to "00:01" Beware ! Don't use the fonction "SAVE TRACK". Your Gps tracks are already stored in memory. This fonction will compress the Gps file. It won't be compatible with the Tracking Derby anymore.
